  • Module 3: Intuitive Eating

    Not sure where to start when it comes to listening to your body? Learn how to quiet the “diet noise” and reconnect with your intuition and body cues again.

  • Module 4: Nutrition and Your Body: Unlearning Diet Culture and Relearning Nutrition Science

    You will learn why dieting is not the solution and how it impacts metabolism, digestion and your hormones. We debunk common diet myths and show you how to heal your body after restriction.

  • Module 5: Breaking Food Rules and Fear Foods

    You will learn how to remove the fear, stress, and anxiety around food and challenge unhealthy mindset patterns that keep you stuck.

  • Module 6: Improving Body Image and Self-Confidence

    Healing your relationship with food will be difficult if you do not work on also healing your relationship with your body. This is for women who have tried "everything" to be confident in their bodies but feel like nothing has worked.

  • Module 7: Developing a Healthy, Sustainable Exercise Routine

    Learn how to create a balanced, healthy relationship with exercise that doesn't involve obsession or self-punishment.

  • Module 8: Nourishment without Obsession

    We show you how to apply intuitive eating into your own life. You will also learn how to build nourishing meals without tracking or weighing so you can approach eating with more ease.

Hey there, I'm Emily! I know what it's like to struggle with food. I spent so many years of my young adult life feeling obsessed with food and hating my body. Through healing my own relationship with food and seeing the mental and physical health benefits of intuitive eating, I developed a strong passion for helping other women navigate away from diet culture so they can also find peace with food just as I have. As a Registered Dietitian, my philosophy for health and nutrition is using an Intuitive Eating framework to teach you how to eat without anxiety, stress, or fear of losing control. I help you separate facts from fear so you can rewire your thoughts about food and feel more confident about your eating choices. I created this course to show you how to eat any food you want without guilt and overcome the desire to restrict and binge. Plus you will learn to actually love your body and take care of it in a way that makes you feel amazing! I have helped so many women quit dieting, improve their metabolism, stop feeling out of control with food and rebuild body trust by getting back in touch with what their body truly desires. My goal is to help you achieve this as well!
